Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d) in Roding

• Implement, maintain, and optimize IBM Guardium and Oracle Vault to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access
• Regularly monitor data access patterns and firewall logs to identify suspicious activities
• Develop and enforce security policies while collaborating with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA
• Investigate security incidents and work closely with IT teams to resolve vulnerabilities and mitigate risks
• Integrate security solutions into other systems and collaborate with various IT departments to ensure a secure architecture
• Create documentation for security configurations, incident reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• In-depth knowledge of IBM Guardium and Oracle Key Vault
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
• Strong understanding of data security principles, including encryption, access control, and auditing
• Experience with compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to convey complex security concepts clearly and understandably
