In this role you will develop and optimize processes for special-purpose machinery within the New Energy and advanced manufacturing sector, drive testing and quality assessment, and support technology transfer and customer training. You will collaborate across internal teams and with customers to design innovative machine solutions for future-oriented e-mobility applications. The position involves hands-on testing, performance evaluation, and documentation to enable reliable, scalable manufacturing. You will shape technical requirements and deliver clear results that advance the company’s mission.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and optimize processes for special-purpose machinery in New Energy and advanced manufacturing
- Evaluate manufacturing and testing processes, including quality assessment and test reports
- Design and configure test systems; conduct sample tests and customer evaluations
- Analyze materials and components for service life, reliability, and quality per international standards
- Commission inspection, printing, marking and laser systems; assess performance and quality
- Develop concepts for innovative machine solutions and define technical requirements
- Document process descriptions for technology transfer; prepare presentations and training materials for on-site customer training
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers and technology partners to enable e-mobility innovations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in engineering or comparable technical qualification
- Solid knowledge of process engineering, manufacturing technologies and quality management
- Good understanding of physical principles behind inspection, printing, marking and laser technologies
- Interest in innovative manufacturing technologies and New Energy applications
- Very good written and spoken English
- Confident, customer-oriented manner with strong communication skills
