- Lead and develop the team for quality control and work preparation
- Coordinate tasks, priorities and production readiness
- Review production orders, artwork, specifications and materials before release
- Ensure quality standards, compliance and accurate documentation
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Ensure clear handover of jobs to production
- Coordinate with production planning and implement shop-floor improvements such as 5S
- Prepare work plans and parts lists in SAP
- Support audits
- Vocational qualification or degree in printing, quality, production or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant production experience
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Knowledge of quality management and work preparation
- SAP and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and detail-focused approach
- Willingness to travel approximately 5%
