Lead one of our teams worldwide and ensure that Münstermann systems run reliably everywhere.
As Site supervisor or construction manager (m/f/d) Take on responsibility on international construction sites and accompany the entire assembly process of our special systems - from the initial coordination to successful commissioning.
You lead assembly teams, coordinate on-site processes, and ensure that every system is built on schedule and to the highest quality standards. You act as the technical link between the customer, project management, and production, and play a key role in transforming plans into functioning reality.
- Execution and management of dismantling and assembly of special systems
- Coordination with customers, suppliers and internal project partners
- Management and coordination of assembly teams (internal and external)
- Preparation of assembly reports and ongoing communication with the assembly management
- Practical work on construction sites and in manufacturing
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g., machine fitter or mechatronics technician)
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Willingness to travel and flexibility (assignments from 1 day to 6 months)
- Teamwork skills and a confident demeanor towards customers and partners
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
