• 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  
• Proven success in closing large, complex deals (EUR 10M+), preferably across multiple countries in Europe.
  
• Solid client network in Medical Device Industry, Healthcare Software services, digital transformation, regulatory compliance (e.g., EU MDR, US FDA), and data analytics solutions in the healthcare space.
  
• Deep understanding of Healthcare, Life science, Medical Device Industry.
  
• Strong cross-cultural communication and team leadership skills. xayajpt
  
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus
