As a part of our team, you’ll be instrumental in the transfer of security expertise within the Munich Re Group.
Your Job
- Supporting Corporate Security section enrolling the global mandate but also supporting the local implementation of security measures
- Collaborate with the Corporate Security team to implement global security measures and facilitate local adaptations.
- Development of security concepts and solutions as well as planning and coordination for new installations of security technology and administration of the access control system
- Updating and adapting work guidelines for external service providers and supporting the creation of concept management presentations
- Coordination and control of alarm center as well as coordination with customers and service providers and monitoring of the effectiveness of security-relevant processes
- Supporting the introduction of a global emergency management system
- Supporting the creation of emergency teams training & exercises
Your Profile
- Academic background in security-related studies, disaster response, political sciences, organizational science
- Ideally, experience in work environments dealing with emergencies, such as rescue services, police, or military
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint. Ideally, some experience with working with GIS software
- Strong technical understanding
- Experience in project management and high security awareness
- Distinct analytical and conceptual way of working
- Good command of written and spoken English
