Develop and maintain forward-thinking Talent Acquisition frameworks that align with the company's long-term talent objectives.
Global Project Delivery (e.g. harmonization of candidate journey, quality standards, global assessment & selection methodology, TA Operating model etc.).
Define global best practices and opportunities to increase consistency and efficiencies within current TA delivery model.
Spearhead efforts to cultivate diversity, equity and inclusion within global talent acquisition strategy and talent pipeline.
Create and deploy global TA materials/guides to support operational Recruitment teams.
Able to assess and interpret data to create relevant insights and meaningful performance measures.
Stay up to date with industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging TA best practices.
Management of TA vendor relations and global user enablement.
Your Profile
- Several years of Talent Acquisition experience gained in a global or multinational organization.
- Proven track record in TA framework design and global project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong affinity for conceptual work, enjoys thinking big and developing practical high-level end-to-end solutions for your clients.
- Solid understanding of the full TA value chain, with strong consideration in cultivating a positive experience for candidates, hiring manager and HR colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in working with and supporting HRIS system implementation projects is considered a clear plus. (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
- International mind-set and proven success in thriving in intercultural environments.
- High level of commitment and ability to work independently.
