As a IT Project Manager for SAP HR-Systems/SuccessFactors , you will be accountable for executing a diverse range of projects that support our digitization of HR processes. You’ll have the responsibility to deliver results on time and budget, working with global teams across a range of IT disciplines including Architecture, Service Delivery, Application Teams and external service providers and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for and perform multi-project management for various HR processes including implementation of additional modules in the global SAP HR SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and a variety of HR Tools.
- The project management includes the implementation and extension of the SaaS solutions as well as the integration into the global Munich Re environment with a variety of interfaces and dependent third party applications.
- Responsible for ensuring stringent compliance requirements are fulfilled, incl. documentation, process description and quality reports.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
- Ensure adherence and adoption of Munich Re’s project management methodology – ‘MR Essentials’ and compliance processes.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities. Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget, in accordance with approved authorities and change processes.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Your Profile
- University degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Social Sciences or similar qualification.
- More than 5 years of experience in the delivery of IT or digital projects or programs, preferably in the financial services sector, HR or a regulated industry.
- Experience in integrating complex systems into existing tools landscape (e.g. SAP Tools, SuccessFactors Modules, SAP HCM, Business Technology Platform).
- Profound experience in coordination of project deliverables based on an understanding of client needs and complex technical architecture with mission critical interfaces.
- Ability to manage project costs and budgets to agreed baselines.
- Demonstrated personal organizational skills and ability to coordinate the efforts of others involved in the delivery of projects, including negotiating deadlines and commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to work globally across businesses and international cultures to deliver results.
- Preferably, you are already ITIL, Scrum or PMI certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support.
- Recognized as proactive and with high problem solving competence.
