Overview
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will translate business needs of Group Technology into effective people strategies that enable growth and transformation. You will partner with Group Technology leaders, work across regions, and drive leadership, talent, and succession initiatives. You will lead strategic projects and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to attract, develop, and retain talent. This role offers impact on business outcomes and a chance to shape the employee experience in a global, collaborative environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Drive and support HR-led organizational change initiatives with management and organizational design colleagues
- Participate in strategic planning, executive reviews, and global/local HR initiatives with SHRBP
- Lead end-to-end Talent Review for Group Technology Towers, delivering actionable insights for talent planning
- Lead recruitment for key Munich and reinsurance group positions using internal, external sources and talent pools
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to attract, develop, and retain talent
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate closely with works council and speakers’ committee
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in business administration, law, or social sciences, or similar HR qualification
- 7+ years in core HR with strategic application
- Proven experience managing multiple complex topics, including international projects
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills
- High empathy and excellent communication with managers at all levels
- Strong consulting capabilities and cross-functional experience
- Self-driven, highly organized, and impact-focused
