Company: Munich Re Your central role Providing expert advice and taking professional responsibility for assigned tasks within the ERGO Group in the areas of global HR reporting, HR analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, and global job architecture.

Defining global HR reporting standards, KPIs, and compliance metrics to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.

Fostering global HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and designing and delivering standardized global HR reports in alignment with local reporting requirements.

Supporting the global Strategic Workforce Planning’s annual cycle by working with the data in related tools.

Accompanying, leading, and managing projects.

Your profile Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR controlling/analytics within a global context.

Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics on a global scale.

Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data, with proficiency in HR software and tools (e. g., SAP Success Factors, HR Forecast)Excellent level in English, both, written and spoken.

Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment in global teams and adapt strategies to diverse cultural contexts.

Experience leading projects from conception to execution, with strong organizational skills.
