Responsibilities Assume administrative, contractual, technical, and financial oversight of the project. Organize and lead the Project Team while fostering effective relationships. Ensure the integrated system design aligns with system performance and technical specifications. Manage the project master schedule to ensure timely contract completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer. Oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Lead a multidisciplinary team and subcontractors; resolve conflicts, set priorities, and coordinate concurrent activities. Promote collaboration across departments, develop team members, and provide effective leadership to the project team. Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities effectively. Travel as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position, including extended periods during the commissioning and acceptance phases of projects. Oversee project cash flow and deliverables, ensuring alignment with price and time metrics. Take overall responsibility for the project's profitability. Qualifications Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the successful completion medium projects (400k-2M) in the Construction and/or Material Handling Industry. Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience demonstrating increasing levels of project value and complexity. Excellent stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills. Independent decision making ability with strong financial focus. Strong subcontractor management experience. Ability to manage diverse team of internal disciplines. Manage complex group of stakeholder's and consultants within the airport and security industry. Sound knowledge of contract law.
