Your mission
As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our digital presence. You will craft and execute strategies that build our brand across social media platforms, engage our audience, and foster authentic partnerships with creators and influencers.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage a compelling social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others relevant to our audience.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and trends to build a loyal and passionate following.

Influencer Partnerships: Identify, connect with, and manage relationships with creators and influencers who align with our brand values to amplify our reach and credibility.

Campaign Execution: Lead influencer campaigns, from ideation and negotiation to execution and performance tracking, ensuring maximum impact.

Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), using insights to optimize future campaigns.
Your profile

Min. 2 years in social media management, influencer marketing, or a similar role, ideally within the food, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.

A strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and content that resonates with social audiences.

Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing genuine connections with creators and influencers.

Proficiency with social media platforms, tools (e.g., scheduling and analytics tools), and emerging trends.

The ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
