Head of Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Are you structured, analytical, and experienced in strategic procurement, quality and cost management, and partner management? Do you love designing and optimizing complex processes while keeping quality, efficiency, and costs in mind?

Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for! We are seeking a Head of Supply Chain to take responsibility for the strategic development of our processes, establish new partnerships, and implement systems that ensure long-term scalability and quality.

The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our supply chain – from selecting and onboarding new partners to quality control and strategic logistics. Specifically, this includes:

• Strategy & Roadmap: Developing and implementing a supply chain strategy to ensure we stay ahead with our processes and partners while keeping our customers satisfied.

• Procurement & Purchasing: Creating and executing a procurement strategy that ensures an optimal balance between quality, cost, and delivery times.

• Partner Management: Building, maintaining, and developing strong relationships with our production and logistics partners, including onboarding new partners, regular coordination, and ensuring seamless collaboration at all levels.

• Quality Management: Establishing and implementing a quality control system to ensure that our partners meet the highest quality standards.

• Planning & Forecasting: Ensuring efficient demand forecasting, inventory management, and production capacity planning.

• Communication: Maintaining transparent, solution-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders across all product and operational processes.

• Leadership: Building, leading, and developing a high-performing supply chain team.

• Work in a structured and analytical way, always keeping an overview of complex processes.

• Have experience in supplier management, quality assurance, continuous product improvement, and product management.

• Possess strong project management skills and reliably drive projects from idea to execution.

• Are an excellent communicator who enjoys working with various stakeholders – from customers to suppliers to manufacturers.

• Thrive in fast-paced environments: Dynamic and high-speed work settings are where you shine.
