Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) Temporary, Full-time · Berlin

This role's focus is on daily outbound shipments, carrier booking, transport coordination and smooth deliveries for our customers across Europe. Your mission is to manage our end-to-end logistics between suppliers, warehouses, and customers in a way that ensures delivery deadlines are met, costs are reduced, and all information flows cleanly through the ERP system. The role is a parental leave cover, limited to 1 year, with the option to extend the contract afterwards. Your Responsibilities Disposition maintenance and data quality (e.g., weights/dimensions). Continuous Improvement: SOPs, templates, checklists, workflow automation (ERP/Sheets). What do you bring Several years of experience in disposition/logistics or freight forwarding. Completed vocational training or degree in logistics or supply chain (preferred). Excellent German and English skills; additional EU languages are a plus. Confident with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or similar) and MS Office/Google Sheets; basic BI understanding helpful. Strong organizational skills with a hands‑on mentality and structured working style.
