Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Hybrid Sales Manager to strengthen our DACH sales team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Swiss market. You should live in the German‑speaking part of Switzerland and have a very good network in this area. Therefore, you should have at least 3‑5 years’ experience in a similar role. You will together with our Head of Sales DACH be responsible for implementing our strategy and coordinate local adjustments.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new project opportunities
Develop and grow customer accounts to achieve regional sales targets
Expand and strengthen our dealer and A&D network
Introduce product novelties and ensure strong market visibility
Negotiation of terms and agreements
Close Collaboration with internal teams and sales colleagues across the DACH region
Train and support retail and contract partners
Activation of our Zurich showroom
Your profile
3+ years’ experience as Sales/Key Account Manager in the Swiss furniture market, with a strong network in the German‑speaking region
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Strong sales skills, especially negotiation, relationship‑building, and confident presentation
Self‑driven, results‑oriented team player with excellent communication skills
Independent working style with sound decision‑making within company policy
Proficient in IT/CRM systems and strong organizational & time‑management skills
Fluent in German and professionally proficient in English (spoken & written)
A valid driver’s license with willingness to travel with an occurrence of odd hours
