  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Founders and the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and feedback from prospects.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage your experience in the logistics or supply chain industry to quickly understand customer pain points and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Ownership & Reporting: Take full ownership of your targets, tracking and reporting on key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the creation and use of tailored sales materials such as presentations, case studies, and email templates to support outreach and lead nurturing.

Your profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development or similar roles, with a proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Background in logistics, supply chain or similar industry (e.g. manufacturing, production, others), with the ability to speak the industry language and understand customer pain points.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Native German speaker and excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM is a plus.

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build lasting relationships with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, with a focus on providing value through tailored solutions that address specific pain points.
  • Innovative & Entrepreneurial: Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of experimenting with new approaches to lead generation and sales.
  • Sense of Ownership: Takes responsibility for driving results, with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability for performance.
