Your Mission

As our new Account Executive, you\’ll drive new business across Germany and take ownership of:

  • Full-cycle sales
    : sourcing leads; leading discovery, scoping,
    PoC
    and negotiation; closing high-touch engagements (€100k–€250k+)
  • Technical consultative selling
    : speaking with CTOs, CFOs, Heads of data/architecture,
    RoI, and rapid MVP strategy
  • Positioning value:
    articulating low-risk
    MVP, PoC
    , and implementation paths that accelerate decision-making and impact
  • Cross-functional teamwork
    : aligning with engineers, data experts, Delivery Managers/PMs to scope and deliver solutions in days, not quarters
  • Client impact:
    translating business pains, chaotic data, manual workflows, into tangible outcomes by week 2

What You Bring

Must Haves

  • Experience in
    data, AI, automation or consulting sales
    (Senior SDR → AE or early AE)
  • Comfort with technical conversations
  • Consultative & structured process
  • Hunter sales mindset
  • Strong quotas history (100–200%+)
  • Thrives in lean teams
  • Alignment with our values
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate (on-site role)
