We are building a professional, friendly and people-oriented company with a broad and deep understanding of the travel industry. /p h3Tasks /h3 ulliManage our pool of Tour Guides and Ski Instructors: availabilities, booking, contracts, etc. /liliManage bookings for hotels, restaurants, trains, entrance tickets, and activities. /liliPrepare and update detailed client itineraries. /liliNegotiate rates and conditions with suppliers /liliPrepare quotations and travel proposals for our Day Tours. /liliProvide customer support via phone and email. /liliParticipate in weekend and public holiday duty rotations (minimum two weekends per month during peak season). /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulliAutonomous and highly organized. /liliProactively provide solutions to optimise and streamline processes. /liliNothing is impossible attitude. /liliDegree in Tourism or 1-3 years of relevant industry experience. /liliHelpful and positive presence. /liliStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate problems into solutions and functional plans. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills. /liliFluent German and excellent English.
