What you’ll do:
- Handle player requests and inquiries in English
- Monitor the status and stability of live game services
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve service-related issues
What you need to succeed:
- Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Reliability, punctuality, and a high level of responsibility
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid gaming background in MMOGs and mobile games
- Good overall computer literacy
