Auto Hobby Manager

About this position:

This position is located at the Auto Hobby Shop on Spangdahlem AB.

This is a Regular Full-time position (35-40 hours per week). Work schedule includes Monday through Sunday, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Under the supervision of the Arts and Crafts Operations Manager, this role is responsible for managing Car Care Operations and related tasks. The candidate must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualification requires relevant experience, including paid, unpaid, or volunteer work. Your resume must clearly detail your experience. If qualifying through education, transcripts are required.

Qualifying Experience:

Progressively responsible experience demonstrating knowledge of management principles and practices, gained in operational, administrative, or managerial roles. Knowledge and management of automotive repair processes, including auto parts sales. Effective oral and written communication skills. Supervisory skills to motivate and direct staff. Must obtain and maintain ASE certifications in Auto Service Consulting (Cl) and Parts Specialist (P Series) within 6 months of employment.
