Role Overview

You will create compelling static, carousel, and animated digital advertisements for a premium consumer health technology product positioned in the high-end market. Collaborating with Creative Strategists and Paid Media Specialists, you'll transform weekly creative concepts into high-performing ad assets and continuously refine them using campaign performance insights. This role combines strong visual design fundamentals with AI-assisted production techniques to deliver polished, trustworthy creative at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce static, carousel, and animated advertising creatives based on weekly briefs for major digital advertising platforms.
  • Develop visuals that communicate quality, credibility, and premium value while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic.
  • Generate multiple creative variations for each concept to support ongoing experimentation, optimization, and creative testing.
  • Incorporate AI-powered creative tools and automated production workflows to accelerate asset generation without compromising quality.
  • Ensure visual consistency and accuracy across all creative assets, including product representation, lighting, and overall image quality.
  • Design advertising materials that comply with platform advertising guidelines and industry-specific content policies.
  • Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, and creative asset libraries to support efficient collaboration.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience designing high-performing paid social or native advertising creatives.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing direct-response advertising for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of premium product branding and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with mobile-first design principles, advertising specifications, and safe-area requirements.
  • Experience working in rapid testing environments where multiple creative iterations are produced regularly.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and translate insights into improved creative concepts.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and modern content generation workflows.
  • Experience with workflow automation or visual node-based systems for scalable creative production.
  • Understanding of advertising compliance requirements, particularly for regulated or health-related products.
