About the Role
myFirst is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our brand visibility across Europe through social media, digital campaigns, viral content, influencer/KOL collaborations, product reviews, blogs, PR outreach, and online media coverage .
We need someone hands-on who knows how to create online buzz, secure product reviews, build creator relationships, and turn product features into stories that parents, kids, reviewers, and media want to talk about.
Key Responsibilities- Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook , and other relevant platforms.
- Create content ideas for product launches, viral campaigns, seasonal promotions, parenting topics, and family-tech storytelling.
- Work with influencers, parenting creators, bloggers, YouTubers, journalists, and review sites to secure product reviews, media mentions, and online coverage.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and product discovery.
- Support blog content, SEO-friendly articles, gift guides, backlinks, and website campaign pages.
- Coordinate product seeding, influencer deliverables, PR materials, media kits, and campaign reports.
- Track campaign performance, social engagement, PR coverage, competitor activities, and market trends.
- 4–7 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, PR, or ecommerce marketing .
- Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle, parenting, kids products, toys, DTC, or ecommerce brands is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook , creators, online trends, and viral content.
- Able to create campaign ideas, content angles, captions, PR hooks, and product stories.
- Experience working with influencers, bloggers, reviewers, media, or agencies.
- Fluent English communication; Speaking Mandarin, German or French is a plus.
- Hands-on, creative, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
