Information Security Specialist (Team Lead) - Identity and Access Management (IAM)

ph3Job Summary /h3 pLead access services team and manage the organization Identity and Access Management (IAM) operation services for APAC. Ensure secure timely access to systems and resources. Collaborate with global teams, drive IAM projects and new initiatives towards success. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage identity services related to accounts, roles, and access privileges. /li liOversee IAM PAM administration, incidents and troubleshooting towards resolution. /li liLead IAM day-to-day operations, projects and deliveries with various stakeholders. /li liMaintain functional documentation, support audits and review access controls. /li liProvide IAM training and awareness to users and team members. /li liContinuously improve enterprise IAM processes, adapt to business needs and technology changes. /li /ul h3Qualifications (Required) /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. /li li5 years of experience in IT, InfoSec or IAM (certifications can substitute experience). /li liExcellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. /li liProven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liCompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, SSCP or ISACA Certifications. /li liMicrosoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 or Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals SC-900 or Power Platform Fundamentals PL-900. /li liIAM Vendor-related courses (SailPoint Identity Security, ForgeRock, CyberArk, etc.). /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liDeep knowledge of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, identity governance and access lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver process). /li liKnowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) for managing elevated access permissions. /li liStrong grasp of access control models such as Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) and Least Privileges. /li liFamiliarity with Multifactor Authentication (MFA) methods and Single Single-On (SSO). /li liTheoretical knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect LDAP. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liIAM PAM Governance products (e.g., Oracle Identity Governance, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping). /li liMicrosoft Active Directory Microsoft Azure - Entra ID. /li liScripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) for IAM Automation Initiatives. /li liITSM knowledge (Incident, Change Management) and tools (ServiceNow, BMC Helix, etc). /li liMicrosoft Power Platform to develop low-code solutions using Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. /li liProficiency in Microsoft 365 Apps for business (Outlook, Excel, etc). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
