What awaits you at Mynaric

• Perform quality inspections for incoming goods, semi-finished products, and finished optical terminals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop, refine, and execute inspection instructions; document results and make informed decisions.
• Manage the measuring and test equipment inventory, ensuring calibration and readiness.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for quality issues, collaborating with teams for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior inspectors, providing guidance and training on inspection techniques and best practices.
• Manage non-conformance documentation and related materials.
• Shift work may be required.

What you bring with you

• Extensive experience in quality inspection, including advanced metrology skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership skills and excellent communication to foster collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
