Team Coordination

Act as the link between the Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Control, and related departments to ensure that matters impacting production is timeously resolved. Support onboarding and training of new production employees.

Production Scheduling

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and optimize output.

Inventory and Materials Management

Track raw materials and finished goods inventory. Coordinate with planning, procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and efficiency metrics. Prepare reports for management on production performance and bottlenecks.

Problem‑solving

Address issues that affect production quickly and effectively. Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues which require inter‑departmental assistance.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordination of the maintenance and calibration schedules.

What you bring with you

• Technician Certification or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing or testing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SMT processes, lean manufacturing principles, and their practical application.
• Ability to interpret controlled process and product documentation, including schematics, drawings, assembly procedures, work instructions, and bills of material.
• Experience in fast‑paced production environments, ideally with high‑reliability or flight‑quality hardware.
• Proficiency in scheduling, resource planning, and general coordination tasks using MS Office or equivalent tools.
• Experience with ERP, MES, and PLM systems.
