In your role as
Regional Manager – Austria (m/f/x) , you will support our Operations Team in Austria to ensure the ongoing management and maintenance of our properties.
Your mission
Property Management & Customer Care: Manage our real estate portfolio and support our customers on-site, in close collaboration with the Berlin team.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate external service providers and ensure the quality of all services rendered.
Maintenance & Repairs: Plan and coordinate repair and maintenance measures within the properties.
Property Enhancements: Plan and implement measures to increase property value (renovations, interior design, and equipment upgrades).
Owner Support:
Provide on-site support for our customers in cooperation with the Owner Service team.
Process Development: Continuously evolve all processes related to property management and customer care.
Your profile
Fluent in German and English.
Degree in Hotel Management, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field of study.
At least 5 years of professional experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar industry.
Organizational Talent: Strong communication skills and a highly structured way of working.
Efficiency: Ability to work independently, precisely, and efficiently in a dynamic environment; strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license.
Flexibility: Adaptable working hours and a general willingness to be available for our customers on weekends and holidays.
