Your mission

In this role, you\’ll be our user expert with an overview and empathy. As part of a team of motivated colleagues, you will work directly with our existing customers and support them in using our software; always with the aim of solving challenges sustainably. You report to the Team Lead Customer Support.

  • Target-oriented processing of customer inquiries for a defined customer base
  • Direct communication with existing customers to solve problems
  • Collaboration with the Product Management, Development and Consulting teams in the area of product development. Reporting ticket information to the Team Lead to identify optimization potential
  • Maintaining the internal customer management systems and knowledge databases

Your profile

  • You have completed commercial training (e.g. as an office administrator or similar)

  • Advantageous: You have already gained relevant professional experience in social care institutions, e.g. as an administrative employee or as a care professional, and are familiar with billing procedures

  • Experience in telephone-based customer support

  • Ideally, you have experience working with software products (e.g. from the healthcare sector such as Swing, heimbas, etc.) or you have a general affinity for IT and the motivation to familiarize yourself with a software solution

  • You are characterized by a friendly, open, and reliable manner

  • You possess excellent communication skills

  • Business-fluent German skills, both spoken and written
