Your mission
In this role, you’re our user whisperer – someone who supports our customers with empathy, insight, and a clear overview. Together with a motivated team, you’ll work closely with our existing customers, helping them get the most out of our software. Your goal: finding solutions that truly make a difference – sustainable and delivered with a smile. You’ll collaborate closely with your Customer Support Team Lead.
- Target-oriented processing of customer inquiries for a defined customer base
- Direct communication with existing customers to solve problems
- Collaboration with the Product Management, Development and Consulting teams in the area of product development Reporting ticket information to the Team Lead to identify optimization potential
- Maintaining the internal customer management systems and knowledge databases
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as an office administrator or already bring solid experience in customer support.
- A plus: Experience in customer support with software products or an affinity for IT.
- A plus: You have experience in telephone-based customer service.
- A plus: You have gained relevant professional experience in social institutions, for example as an administrative employee or nursing professional, and are familiar with billing procedures.
- You are characterized by a friendly, open, and reliable manner.
- You possess excellent communication skills.
- You have business-fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
