Your mission
- Responsibility for implementing IT
- services to ensure the continuous availability of the IT infrastructure
- Development and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitoring and analysis of IT services to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactive coordination and escalation of incidents (incident management) and ensuring rapid problem resolution
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations
- Implementation and monitoring of IT security policies and processes in accordance with applicable standards (ISO 27001 and C5T2 advantageous)
Additional area of responsibility: Pre-sales & project support
- Supporting sales in quotation situations relating to hosting and infrastructure
- Providing technical advice on the design of individual customer solutions
- Creating and maintaining sales support documents and presentations for hosting and IT services
- Assistance with calculating technical services and operating costs (e.g. cloud services, infrastructure, support levels)
- Close coordination with product management and sales to further develop market-driven IT service offerings
- Documentation and support in handing over new customer projects to the operations team and technical support in early implementation phases
Your profile
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in using common ticketing and monitoring tools
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Very good written and spoken German (minimum language level C2)
- Very good written and spoken English (minimum language level B2)
