To support our Accounting team we are searching for a Accountant (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Checking, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices and travel expenses
- Monitoring the invoicing process
- Maintaining vendor master data
- Processing payment transactions
- Booking bank accounts
- Monitoring open accounts (reconciliation work)
- Assistance with and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with DATEV is required
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Fluent German skills (both written and spoken) and good English skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational talent and a sense of responsibility combined with an independent way of working
