To support our team, we are searching for an ERP Consultant (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU DO
- Provide in-house MS Dynamics Business Central consulting
- Implement new projects in collaboration with the ERP team and stakeholders
- Develop solution proposals and functional designs for stakeholder-specific demands
- Interpret user requests and translate them into functional requirements
- Organize workshops and prepare project documentation
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Perform functional testing and ensure product quality
- Provide 2nd level support focusing on user needs
- Conduct user training and prepare training manuals
- Work in an international environment
- Collaborate closely with end users, IT department, and ERP specialists
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central as a functional consultant
- Experience in user support, upgrades, and implementations
- Good understanding of business processes (finance, sales, purchase, inventory, warehouse management)
- Experience in project management and consulting roles with a Microsoft Partner
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Experience working in an agile environment, familiar with SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence
- Service-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong team player and contributor to team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
