Responsibilities
- Legal Advice: Act as the go-to legal expert for our management team and agencies, covering areas such as corporate law, contract law, employment law, real estate law, and M&A.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Coordination of External Counsel: Manage engagements with external law firms, ensuring efficient and effective legal support for specialized matters.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Keep an eye on legal developments and help the group stay compliant across jurisdictions.
- Project Support: Provide legal guidance on strategic initiatives.
- Practical Solutions: Deliver clear, pragmatic advice to help navigate the challenges of day-to-day business operations.
- Centralize our legal IQ, contract templates etc. and make it accessible to our fleet of creative, tech, and marketing agencies.
Qualifications
- You hold a degree in law (qualified to practice in your jurisdiction, e.g., second state exam or equivalent).
- You have 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house role, focusing on corporate, contract law or media law.
- You’re solution-oriented, communicative, and capable of translating complex legal matters into understandable terms.
- You work independently, think strategically, and approach challenges with a hands-on mentality.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Experience in Swiss law is an advantage.
