Desktop Support Engineer at N Consulting Ltd

Mandatory Skills:

Windows client OS (Win 10 & Win 11), SCCM & Intune Staging Experience.

  1. Provide technical support onsite (Windows 10 & 11 and hardware) to our clients at their location.
  2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  3. Efficient onsite troubleshooting and technical support to resolve user issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced user productivity.
  4. Maintain video conference systems.
  5. IMACD: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  6. Support power users in project rollouts and deployments.
  7. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
  9. Key technician providing Power/Exec support.
  10. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the quantity, model, and condition of all IT devices (notebooks and mobiles) in use.
  11. Bundle packages of notebooks and mobile accessories that are labeled correctly and packaged securely for distribution to users.
  12. Deliver fully configured notebooks and mobile devices to users, ensuring that each device has the necessary software, settings, and operating systems as per requirements.
  13. Ensure high-quality IT devices that meet specific requirements and standards.
  14. Provide comprehensive inventory reports that offer insight into device stock levels, demand forecasting, timely ordering of new stock, and optimization of inventory levels.
  15. Regularly update and maintain IT devices to ensure they function optimally and securely.
  16. Timely communication with users to schedule deliveries and provide support as needed.
