Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to configure and implement SAP FICO sub-modules in an S/4HANA / Private Cloud environment, ideally within the Pharma industry. The role involves leading implementation projects, configuring key financial processes, and ensuring seamless integration with business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP FICO sub-modules, including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Banking
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Internal Orders
  • Profitability Analysis (PA)
  • Product Costing
  • Material Ledger
  • Project Systems (PS)
• Lead at least 3 SAP S/4HANA or Private Cloud implementations.
• Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Execute configuration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and support cutover and hyper‑care activities.
• Ensure accurate financial accounting, reporting, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide guidance and leadership to project teams and client stakeholders.

Experience & Skills Required

Relevant Experience: 10+ years in SAP FICO

Mandatory Skills

• SAP FICO configuration and implementation
• At least 3 SAP S/4HANA or Private Cloud implementations
• Proficient in RISE with SAP
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and testing processes

Desired Skills

• Pharma industry experience
