About the Opportunity As a Senior Process Management Associate , you will have the unique opportunity to drive the implementation of a company-wide process management framework and introduce a new internal control system (ICS) for N26. As our team and framework scale, you will have the opportunity to specialise in a specific business area within N26 - allowing you to develop an expert understanding of banking, non-banking, or tech processes, while sharpening your process management and optimisation skills. You will report directly to the Head of Process Management, who will support your professional growth as a reliable sparring partner and mentor. In this role, you will: Lead the creation of company-wide process documentation as the foundation for N26's Internal Control System (ICS). Drive change management initiatives to ensure a well-established, disciplined approach to process management across the company. Support the management team in introducing and onboarding a new process mining platform, subsequently training internal staff on its use. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather critical input for compliance and new process activities. Optimise and customise tools to elevate N26's overall process management practices. Define end-to-end process metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and work with business owners to address them. Engage with business units to discover, analyse, and document key process attributes (e.g., Risks knowledge of German is a big plus.
