Completed vocational training and specialized education (e.g. technician, master craftsman, etc.) or completed university education (e.g. Bachelor). Professional experience in the field of material planning in the manufacturing industry desirable. Very good communication skills, creativity and assertiveness. Distinct cost, deadline and quality awareness. Independent, goal-oriented way of working, high level of initiative. Mastery of the relevant MS Office programs, sound SAP knowledge (MM modules). Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
BOARDING / YOUR TASKS
- On-time scheduling of all materials from current production orders.
- Determination of material requirements.
- Checking material requirements from a technical and commercial point of view.
- Derive and trigger new part orders.
- Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates.
- Coordination of change proposals in case of deviations from the target.
- Identify critical materials and initiate and follow up on improvement measures.
- Close coordination with order control to reduce overall operational impact.
- Implementation of material planning specifications.
- Checking of orders for the use of revised materials as well as technical clarifications for the use of deviating components.
- Assumption of special tasks and participation in projects.
