Responsibilities
- Own and sequence the Cloud Infrastructure & Services roadmap, prioritizing initiatives such as billing migration, dashboard quality, security hardening, multi‑region, and resilience.
- Lead problem discovery with Support, CS, and Data teams; translate insights into clear PRDs, metrics and milestones.
- Run weekly operations with Engineering Management and SRE leads to keep releases on track and reduce incident load.
- Define SLOs with SRE/Infra; enforce error budgets and guardrails for shipping.
- Set up incident response rituals and runbooks; drive post‑mortem action items.
- Improve resilience and time‑to‑recover through tighter triage flows and stronger release readiness.
- Partner with Finance/RevOps on entitlements, proration, refunds, dunning, reporting, and auditability.
- Align with Cloud Growth around shared backlog boundaries and clear interfaces/SLAs.
- Elevate Cloud Dashboard UX with Design/Frontend teams, improving information architecture, instrumentation and usability across provisioning, usage, billing, quotas, and incident notices.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Product, with 3+ years focused on Cloud/SaaS platform, infra, DevOps, or billing/entitlements domains.
- Comfortable diving into highly technical systems and trade‑offs.
- Strong operational rigor; proven as a project manager who drives efficient, predictable execution.
- Ability to orchestrate across 1.5–2 squads, set sequencing, and make clear prioritization calls.
- Bias to action – prefers doing over endless analysis and maintains momentum without compromising quality.

- Documentation mindset – writes clarifying docs to speed up understanding.
- Structure from chaos – brings order, cadence, and guardrails to ambiguous problems.
- Internal user empathy – views Infra, SRE, Support, Finance as primary users.
- Compliance familiarity – experience with access controls, data residency, or vendor risk programs.
