Today, we build, deploy, and operate expert robots that automate commercial facility services work at scale. /ppOur Brand Marketing Manager decides how that is understood by the world. You will shape Loki's position, voice and story, then bring them to life through copy, film, campaigns, events and the partnerships we build with our customers. Everything you put out has make it obvious what we are building, why we are building it, and make a facility operator comfortable putting a machine into their building. /ppYou would be our first marketing hire, working directly with the CEO, ops and engineering, and spending real time in the field. /ph3What you’ll be doing /h3ullipOwn Loki's brand strategy and narratives, executing it end to end across every channel /p /lilipBring Loki's brand to life through content, blog posts, announcements, sales material and product one-pagers /p /lilipResearch and execute strategic partnerships for Loki /p /lilipCreate content on the field: concepts, scripts, shoot logistics, contractors, edits, final cut /p /lilipOwn Loki's website end to end, including copy, structure and its future content roadmap /p /lilipExecute Loki's social strategy across LinkedIn and X to grow our audience among customers, engineers and the wider robotics ecosystem through authentic content /p /lilipBuild product branding for current and future products, including naming, positioning, differentiation and the sales narrative and collateral that follow from it /p /lilipHonestly measure and assess the impact of your work that to decide what we do next /p /li /ulh3You /h3pYou are a relentless builder who takes ownership and is comfortable finding your way in an early-stage start-up from shaping brand strategy to creating content to executing it all hands-on. In a small team like ours, you’ll have a massive impact on Loki’s position in the market and how we are perceived by customers and candidates alike. /ph3What you should have /h3ullip5+ years of experience in brand, content or marketing work at an early-stage company. /p /lilipOutstanding storytelling capability. You're able to go from a vague idea on what needs to be communicated and translating that into a strategy and a compelling narrative. /p /lilipUnreasonable sense of agency and ownership. You're an operational force of nature, and are able to get things done quickly and independently. /p /lilipClear vision your own point of view. You need to hold differentiated opinions about the future, and have the confidence and taste to defend it and communicate it. /p /lilipGenuine care about your work and the stories you tell. You are a perfectionist about anything with your or Loki's name on it. You should want to tell Loki's story better than anyone else could. /p /lilipOutput-driven work style. Marketing is the easiest function in a company to disappear into: nothing is ever urgent, so two weeks of work becomes three months.
