For our Neuchâtel agency, we are looking for a Real Estate Rental Agent (Broker - Part-time).

Your Missions:

• In close collaboration with our property management department, you will ensure the rental of various real estate properties (apartments, new or renovated buildings, co-ownership units, commercial spaces, etc.) and accompany our owners in their rental process.
• Ensure the follow-up and commercial management of objects for rent in coordination with the property managers.
• Organize and coordinate the showcasing of vacant housing and spaces.
• Develop, according to the properties, the rental strategy and the implementation of adapted marketing plans.
• Draft and distribute real estate advertisements on various specialized portals as well as in the press.
• Develop the digital visibility of objects, notably through the management of content on social networks and the creation of communication materials.
• Implement, when relevant, dedicated websites for real estate developments.
• Respond to prospect requests, qualify their needs, and conduct property viewings.
• Compile rental application files, draft leases, and ensure follow-up until the tenant moves in.
• Maintain quality relationships with owners and various partners.
• Participate in the development of new rental tools.
• Ensure the updating of databases and various tracking tables.
• Manage correspondence, emails, as well as telephone reception.

Your Profile:

• You have confirmed experience within a Swiss real estate agency, ideally within a property management department.
• You know the complete rental process for a real estate property: from the selection of tenants to the drafting of leases and follow-up.
• You demonstrate a real interest in property showcasing, communication, and real estate marketing, and enjoy contributing to the development of new tools and communication materials.
• You hold a commercial employee diploma (CFC) or an equivalent qualification.
• Additional training in the real estate field (such as Immobase, Immocourtage) is an asset.
• You have an excellent sense of contact and customer service.
• You are organized, rigorous, demonstrate initiative, and fully assume the responsibilities entrusted to you.
• You know how to manage your priorities, lead your files to completion, and make decisions within your area of competence.
• You have perfect command of French, both orally and in writing, with excellent spelling.
• Good knowledge of English, German, or other languages is an asset.
• You hold a driver's license, and ideally, you have your own vehicle.
• You have perfect command of standard tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrate great ease with digital tools.
