For our Neuchâtel agency we are looking for a:
Real Estate Rental Associate (Rental Broker)
- Part Time
Your Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with our property management service, you ensure the rental of various real estate properties (apartments, new or renovated buildings, condominiums, commercial spaces, etc.) and support our owners in their marketing. To do this, you carry out the following tasks:
- Ensure the administrative and commercial follow-up of rental properties in collaboration with the managers, - Organise and coordinate the enhancement of vacant apartments and spaces, - Develop, depending on the properties, the marketing strategy and implement appropriate marketing plans, - Write and publish property advertisements on various specialised portals as well as in the press, - Develop the digital visibility of the properties, notably by coordinating publications on social media and creating communication materials, - Set up, when relevant, dedicated websites for property developments, - Respond to enquiries from prospects, qualify their needs and conduct property viewings, - Prepare rental files, draw up leases and ensure follow-up until the tenant moves in, - Maintain a quality relationship with owners and various partners, - Participate in the development of new rental mandates, - Ensure the updating of databases and various monitoring tables, - Manage correspondence, emails and telephone reception.
Your Profile:
- You have proven experience within a Swiss real estate agency, ideally within an administrative property management service, - You know the complete rental process of a property (marketing, candidate selection, lease preparation, administrative follow-up), - You have a genuine interest in property enhancement, communication and real estate marketing, and enjoy contributing to the development of new marketing tools and materials, - You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, - Additional training in real estate (such as Immobase, Immocourtage) is an asset, - You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, - You are organised, rigorous, show initiative and fully assume the responsibilities entrusted to you, - You know how to manage your priorities, carry your files through to completion and make decisions within your area of competence, - You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written, with excellent spelling, - Good knowledge of English, German or other languages is an advantage, - You hold a driving licence and ideally have your own vehicle, - You have excellent command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are very comfortable with digital tools.
