Join a welcoming, human, and dynamic team today!For our Crans-Montana and Verbier agencies (Alpes Agency), we are looking for a:New Projects Broker - AlpsYour missionsBased in Crans-Montana with regular travel to Verbier and Geneva, you market new real estate projects for the Alps agency, from the initial intake to delivery, while managing launches in interface with the Group's centers of competence. You ensure both field commercial execution and project management — two inseparable dimensions in this context.Commercial development and developer relations- You identify and develop relationships with local developers and promoters (Crans-Montana and Verbier).- You negotiate and sign brokerage mandates in connection with the Sales Management.- You are the trusted contact for the developer throughout the project.- You ensure land monitoring and identify opportunities for new projects to submit to the Group.- You report local market intelligence necessary for pricing to Product Marketing.Launch management- You build and maintain the launch schedule for each project in coordination with the Group's Centers of Competence.- You coordinate stakeholders: notaries, marketing, photographers, 3D artists, advertising agencies.- You manage the showroom and local sales space.- You manage the marketing budgets allocated to projects.- You guarantee compliance with Group standards across all media and customer journeys.Sales and buyer follow-up- You sell off-plan: you master plan reading, 3D tools, and virtual tours; you transform abstraction into desire.- You qualify leads and convert prospects into buyers.- You manage reservations and sales agreements (e-promo tool).- You follow buyer files from reservation to delivery: financing, modifications (TMA), notary appointment.- You ensure long-term customer loyalty — the sale is not the end of the relationship.Alpine specifics- You master the regulatory constraints specific to the Alpine market: Lex Koller, secondary residences, taxation of non-residents.- You manage a high-end clientele (UHNWI, European non-residents, buyers outside Switzerland) with high standards.- You ensure coordination with the Knight Frank network for prestige projects in connection with Naef Prestige Knight Frank.Tools, reporting, and skills development- You master and utilize Group tools: OneNaef (Salesforce), e-promo, real estate portals, dashboards.- You produce commercial reporting for developers and Sales Management.- You manage local KPIs: absorption rate, sales velocity, lead quality rate.- You actively contribute to the development of new project skills within the agency (resale brokers, assistants).- You participate in the progressive emergence of the regional competence center.Profile sought- You have confirmed experience (5 to 10 years) in new project brokerage, ideally in French-speaking Switzerland with a developer, a new brokerage agency, or a new projects department.- You have good knowledge of the Alpine market (Crans-Montana, Verbier, or equivalent).- Bilingual French/English, German is a plus.- You master the complete marketing cycle of a new project: from launch to delivery.- You have a good command of CRM tools (Salesforce ideally) and business tools (e-promo, management software).- You have a good understanding of Alpine specifics: Lex Koller, non-residents, secondary residences.- You have the ability to sell the invisible, to project the buyer into a property not yet built.- Your conviction, endurance, and ability to maintain a relationship over time are paramount for this position.- With an autonomous temperament, you have the ability to structure something new — the position lays the foundations of a business that does not yet exist.- You are credible in front of Alpine developers and a demanding clientele.- You demonstrate rigor in your follow-up and have a good spirit of synthesis.- You reside in the canton of Valais, close to the agencies.We offer:- The opportunity to join a major player in Swiss real estate at the forefront of innovation,- A modern and pleasant work environment,- Personalized support and continuous training to develop your expertise,- Accessible, benevolent, and attentive management,- Professional pension provision and advantageous social benefits,- The possibility of teleworking,- Flexible hours to preserve your work-life balance,- Internal events and a corporate culture fostering team spirit and conviviality.Activity rate: 100%Start date: as soon as possibleInterested in joining us?
