Responsibilities:
- As a resource manager, you are responsible for the management, administration, and further development of our freelancer and supplier management.
- You are the interface between project management and freelancers/suppliers, ensuring a consistent resource process in consideration of our compliance guidelines.
- You are the first point of contact for colleagues, freelancers, and suppliers.
- You will support our team in all administrative and organizational activities.
- You take on and are responsible for your own internal projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
- Together, we manage our Resource Management (requirements, procurement, and coordination).
Minimum Requirements:
- You have at least a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
- You have first professional experience in procurement or purchasing management in an agency or similar environment.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented by nature, and an amazing team player. Time and self-management are among your biggest skills.
- You have relevant knowledge in one or more similar solutions: MS Office and SAP.
- You are fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
