Job Description
This position is to be filled at our Kronberg im Taunus location.
- You will be responsible for general administrative tasks, provide support in personnel management and work on HR projects.
- In this context, you will draw up employment contracts, contract amendments and other certificates.
- You will be responsible for managing absences.
- In addition, you will create, manage and maintain HR master data in our system.
- You are also responsible for managing the company pension scheme.
- You will act as an interface to other areas such as onboarding, offboarding, fleet management, etc. in preparatory payroll accounting.

Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a vocational commercial apprenticeship or comparable training and have several years of practical experience in personnel administration.
- You have a good knowledge of payroll tax and social security law.
- You are familiar with the processing of A1 certificates, earnings certificates and other certificates from payroll accounting.
- Previous knowledge of contracts and payroll accounting is desirable.
- The ability to work in a team, structured and independent work, as well as a talent for organization round off your profile.
- You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
