Job Description

• Manage customer projects as an SAP specialist in the process industry segment, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Sustainability Solutions.
• Support all project phases—from conception, design, customization, and POC to the rollout of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Contribute to the development of Nagarro\’s Best Practices Template and implement standards at customer sites (Greenfield, Bluefield, Brownfield projects).
• Assist existing customers with live system landscapes through tickets and consulting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP consultant with SAP S/4HANA Sustainability Solutions.
• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting requirements, data collection, and key KPIs.
• Relevant trainings and certifications in sustainability.
• Experience in customizing SAP systems and training key users.
• Proficiency in support ticket management and customer communication.
• Technical SAP skills (ABAP, ODATA, Debugging).
• Fluent German skills.
• Optional: Experience in other SAP areas such as Environment, Health & Safety, Analytics, or HR/SuccessFactors.
