Job Description
As a Cloud Consultant with solution architecture expertise, you will support customers in presales and delivery phases in the development and implementation of modern cloud solutions. With in-depth technical expertise in AWS and at least one other hyperscaler (Azure or GCP), you will design innovative architectures, carry out cloud migrations and support customers strategically and operationally on their journey to the cloud.
Presales & Consulting
- Conducting technical workshops and consulting on cloud strategies and migration scenarios
- Creating and presenting technical solution concepts, proposals and PoCs
- Supporting sales with opportunity qualification and proposal development
- Building trusting relationships with technical stakeholders
- Planning and implementation of cloud migrations (public/hybrid)
- Infrastructure automation via Terraform (IaC)
- Design of secure, scalable architectures taking into account governance, CI/CD, monitoring
- Implementation of DevOps practices incl. containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Coaching internal teams and actively contributing to the further development of our cloud offerings
- Development of thought leadership content (blogs, talks, whitepapers)
- Participation in our cloud community and innovation initiatives
- At least 6 years of experience with cloud platforms (at least AWS + Azure or GCP)
- Sound technical knowledge in cloud architecture, migration and automation documented by a corresponding certification as Solution Architect
- Practical experience with Terraform, CI/CD, scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
- Experience in customer contact, in presales or consulting roles
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Git and agile methods
- Fluency in German and English
