Responsibilities
- Independent acquisition and support of customers as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Consulting on the Managed Services portfolio (infrastructure cloud platform and application management as well as end-user services)
- Close collaboration with bid management pre-sales and delivery units
- Conducting customer presentations workshops and negotiations
- Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring the market and competitive situation
- Supporting the further development of the sales process
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Initial professional experience in IT sales is advantageous ideally with a focus on Managed Services
- Entrepreneurial mindset initiative and strong closing skills
- Willingness to travel for customer support and participation in events trade fairs and workshops
- Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken
