Responsibilities

  • Independent acquisition and support of customers as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Consulting on the Managed Services portfolio (infrastructure cloud platform and application management as well as end-user services)
  • Close collaboration with bid management pre-sales and delivery units
  • Conducting customer presentations workshops and negotiations
  • Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring the market and competitive situation
  • Supporting the further development of the sales process

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Initial professional experience in IT sales is advantageous ideally with a focus on Managed Services
  • Entrepreneurial mindset initiative and strong closing skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer support and participation in events trade fairs and workshops
  • Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken
