Job Description:

In this varied role, you will take over functional responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors modules in national and international projects and ensure technical feasibility in the implementation from conception to system configuration.

• Support project teams in creating concepts and architectures for SuccessFactors
• Execute necessary configurations in SuccessFactors according to the concept
• Participate in customer workshops and prepare results
• Participate in Fit2Standard workshops to specify desired innovations or new release functions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Experience in implementing and configuring different modules in SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of HR processes, ideally with Austrian specifics
• Various SAP SuccessFactors certifications, especially in REC, LMS, PMGM, are a plus
• Strong communication skills in German and English

Gross monthly salary starting from €4,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
