Job Description
The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.
- Implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally Succession, Compensation or Variable Pay.
- Analysis of the customer situation and development of strategies for the implementation and operation of the SuccessFactors solution.
- Support in all project phases – from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live.
- Independent performance of customer workshops and user trainings.
- Support in presales activities such as the execution of system demos or the preparation of offers.
- You will be responsible for the Performance & Goals module and will actively drive the professional development of our team.
- As a Senior Consultant, you will also take on (partial) project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.
Qualifications
- Completed university studies, several years of relevant professional experience and successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally in other modules.
- Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with project management and consulting methodologies.
- Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance.
- Business fluent German and fluent English.
