Job Description
- You work with our ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations.
- You provide expertise on all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow.
- You are responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration.
- You understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate them into the design.
- You develop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform the component Integration Tests.
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in ServiceNow development.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL.
- You speak and write fluent German and English.
