The Role

We are currently hiring, on behalf of our client, a bilingual Freelance Community Builder & Lifestyle Advisor (English & German) with a genuine passion for natural health and the freedom movement .

Applicants must have visited Zanzibar and hold firsthand knowledge of the island—this is essential to help communicate the lifestyle and vision authentically. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, conduct consultation calls, and introduce prospective members to the unique opportunity to join the private membership community and explore exclusive real estate options.

This is a flexible freelance opportunity, perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and values working independently .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and book consultation calls
• Conduct professional calls introducing the community’s mission and values
• Present the membership journey and real estate opportunity
• Track and manage leads and communications
• Liaise with the client’s internal team to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Must have visited Zanzibar and possess a strong understanding of its culture and lifestyle
• Strong interest in natural health, holistic living, and personal freedom
• Experience in client engagement, sales, or lifestyle advising
• Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and reliable
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Compensation

• Choice of hourly rate or commission-based earnings (your choice)
